BAINBRIDGE ISLAND: Food Assistance & Comprehensive Services
Helpline House is a community non-profit agency providing an umbrella of social services striving to help our Bainbridge Island neighbors to meet essential needs. Basic services are provided cost-free, regardless of income. Needs are defined broadly and not always financial. Any community member in crisis or in need of consultation is welcome. Any community member is eligible to receive groceries at Helpline House. No income information is needed.

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND: Kids’ Pantry
Kids’ Pantry provides a pre-packed bag of kid-friendly breakfasts, lunches and snacks for each child in addition to the head of household’s weekly shopping during winter break, mid-winter break, spring break and summer vacation. Youth or households experiencing unexpected financial stress may benefit from the Kids’ Pantry bags and bridge the food gap so no one goes hungry.
All Bainbridge Islanders are eligible to use the food bank. No income questions are asked. Shoppers select the food they need based on household size. Helpline House considers everyone’s needs to provide the best food possible.

BREMERTON: Food Assistance & Comprehensive Services
People of all religions can access emergency financial assistance, meal, housing, job training, and other social services. The main Catholic Charity Center is a one-stop location for the community. It is located in Bremerton and serves the needy, low-income and unemployed in Kitsap, Clallam and Jefferson Counties.

BREMERTON: Emergency Food Assistance
Bremerton Foodline (BFL) tries to provide emergency food sufficient for a balanced diet for three to four days. Specific quantities and contents vary with family size and item availability. Clients may request this service once a month.

BREMERTON: Hot Meals on Monday Evenings
Our Lady Star of the Sea’s Catholic Parish volunteers to feed the homeless and hungry every Monday in Camerman Hall. The doors open at 5pm for socializing and dinner is served from 5:30-6pm.

KINGSTON: ShareNet Food Bank & Services
ShareNet Food Bank provides emergency assistance to Kingston, Hansville, Port Gamble, Indianola, Eglon, Little Boston, and parts of Suquamish and Poulsbo. We’re here to help with free emergency food that will get you through the week. Open Tuesdays and Fridays, 10am-2pm.
Kingston Ride bus service can drop you off at ShareNet Food Bank. ShareNet’s Thrift Store carries quality, gently used goods at super-bargain prices. All proceeds go right back into the operation and help fund the food bank.

KINGSTON: Free Grab and Go Community Meal at Village Green Community Center
On the 2nd Friday of the month, Kingston Cares, in partnership with local groups, sponsors a free Grab and Go meal for the community. Meals will be distributed outside the main entrance to the Village Green Community Center building in Kingston. The boxed meals will be available to guests between 5-6pm, or until all meals have been given out.

PORT ORCHARD: South Kitsap Helpline Food Bank
Our food bank distributes perishable and non-perishable food, toiletries, pet food and other needed items to households and those without shelter living in the South Kitsap area of Port Orchard. Our business office and food bank are both open to the public on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from 12-5pm. We are closed on Wednesdays, weekends and holidays.

PORT ORCHARD: LifeCare Community Food Bank
Established by Spirit of Life in 2000 to address the needs of our neighbors who live with food insecurity in the South Kitsap/Olalla area, LifeCare Food Bank is open every Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm and provides emergency food relief to feed a household for a 4 day period. LifeCare Community Food Bank works in cooperation with other agencies in the area. Should our clients need long-term assistance we can refer them to local agencies equipped to meet greater needs.

POULSBO: Community Meals at Gateway Fellowship Church
Free Grab and Go lunches are available on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Saturdays of every month from 11:30am – 12 noon at Gateway Fellowship Church in Poulsbo. Simply stop by their Fellowship Hall to pick one up.

POULSBO: Fishline Food Bank & Comprehensive Services
Fishline provides food and access to resources to those in need in Kitsap. The Healthy Foods Market is a grocery-store style shopping experience. It is stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, dairy, dry/canned good, baby food and diapers, and a variety of miscellaneous products just like your local grocery store. SILVERDALE: Central Kitsap Food Bank
The Central Kitsap Food Bank supplies food to those living or working within the Central Kitsap School District.
Their Commodities Supplemental Food Program aids to is to improve the health of elderly people, at least 60 years of age, by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA foods and nutrition education resources.

SILVERDALE: Hallowed Grounds Cafe, Various Food Assistance Programs
Hallowed Grounds Cafe is a ministry of Silverdale United Methodist Church in Silverdale. Various food assistance programs are offered including a food pantry (groceries), sandwiches, pre-boxed dinner every Tuesday evening, lunches for workers, a senior breakfast and brown bag program and other help.
